As we prepare for the upcoming Antelope High School football season, we’re gearing up behind the scenes—and we need your help! Off-season volunteers play a vital role in setting the foundation for successful game days and a strong football program.
From planning and organizing game-day logistics, preparing supplies and materials, supporting fundraising efforts, and helping coordinate team and family activities, every contribution makes a meaningful impact. Your time and involvement now help ensure a smooth, exciting, and well-run season once kickoff arrives.
Every hour matters—whether you can help occasionally or take on a larger role, your support keeps our Titan spirit strong all year long.

When To Contact The Coaches:
Parents should reach out to a coach if they have questions or concerns about the practice schedule, game schedule, equipment and uniforms, athletic clearance, school or class-related issues, early dismissal for games, football positions, or their child’s playing time.
When To Contact The Boosters:
Parents should contact the Boosters for any inquiries or assistance with fundraising events, volunteer opportunities, sponsorships, finances, spirit packs, or team and game meals. Communication can also take place via GroupMe, Facebook, or Instagram. For general questions, parents can email the Boosters at football@antelopeboosters.com.
Sports Physicals
Sports Physicals
High school students in the Roseville Joint Union High School District (RJUHSD) must complete a sports physical to participate in athletics during the 2025–26 school year (per the Athletic Clearance webpage). The physical must be dated on or after May 15, 2025, and conducted by a licensed MD, DO, NP, or PA; chiropractors are not accepted. Students must also register through HomeCampus and upload the district-issued physical form along with proof of medical insurance that includes the athlete’s full name. More information about the RJUHSD Athletic Clearance can be found here.
